Location : Sa'adat Abad, Tehran, Iran
Public architecture projects, such as hospitals, require precise visualization for a successful presentation. With a photorealistic 3D rendering, architects can convey every aspect of their concept to the client with immaculate precision. Most importantly, in a way that anyone can understand.
As the Archviz Artist of the Adl (Qove Qazayie) Hospital project, it was my responsibility to create CG images that showcase the layout, design solutions, overall style, selected materials, furniture, and decor pieces.
Based on the brief, which included drawings, measurements, sketches, and a technical description of the task, as well as photo references, I created scenes for different spaces, built 3D models, and arranged them in a certain composition. Then, designed materials, set lighting, and cameras, tuned render settings, and started the rendering process.
Following are the objectives I set and achieved as part of my successful work:
- Meeting with the design team and introduction to the project
- Studies of the References.
- Beginning the modeling process and developing 3d spaces according to architectural drawings.
- Overall Lighting and camera setup.
- Creating sketch renders and showing the volumetric aspects of the design.
- Producing detailed 3D models by working closely with engineers and designers.
- Creating draft renders
- Communicating notes and comments.
- Creating 3D objects, selecting and placing ready-made ones, and defining the composition.
- Designing and assigning textures and materials to floors, walls, furniture, and key finishes.
- Defining the lighting concepts and other requirements for final renders.
- Maintaining proactive communication with the team.
- Creating preview renders
- Fine-tuning the 3D model, materials, and lighting,
- Postproduction
- Producing photo-realistic images.
